We invite you to the 1st Generations Game Conference, which inaugurates the GFKM Leadership Conference series. The first edition focuses on the use of differences and potential hidden in different generational groups. The event is addressed to leaders, HR specialists, senior and mid-level managers and to all those interested in leadership in the context of generational management prof. Piotr Płoszajski, Prezes GFKM Andrzej Popadiuk, Tomasz Owczarek or Cameron Beazley will share their experiences on leadership among others
Tomasz Harackiewicz from GFKM will present the author’s research results The competences of the Manager of the Future. We will also ask ourselves if sociability affects the effectiveness of leaders and how to create and develop a talent factory in diverse teams. These are just some of the issues that will be raised during the conference.
