Tomasz specializes in marketing management training for both the B2C and B2B sectors. He leads the classes with Marcin Sowiński, an industry partner, skillfully combining theory with practicality and completed case studies to enhance participants’ understanding.

He serves as Aviko Brand Manager for the CEE region (Central & Eastern Europe), creating and overseeing the Aviko brand’s promotional and marketing activities in numerous countries, successfully introducing new products and sales concepts and leading the brand to market leadership.

He is an economist by training. He graduated in Maritime Transport from the University of Gdańsk, but while still a student, he began working in his dream marketing career; he supported the sales team for the BIC brand and Evian water, and co-created the success of the Fazer brand. Since the late 1990s, he has been associated with Aviko, where he is dedicated to every aspect of marketing communications for the brand’s benefit – from developing communication concepts, through organizing advertising campaigns and promotional activities, to conducting photo shoots and overseeing the brand’s digital and social media channels.

He completed postgraduate studies in internet marketing at the Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has participated in numerous training courses and holds numerous significant certifications, including Consultative Selling (Mc Heyes@Steward Group), 48h with Social Media Marketing (Socjomania), and Strategic Sales Channel Management (Mc Heyes@Steward Group). He also frequently participates in workshops, presentations, and industry meetings, expanding his knowledge and gaining new experiences.

He has been collaborating with GFKM since 2022, teaching classes (over 20 24-hour sessions each) in the area of ”Marketing Management | Contemporary Marketing 5.0″ as part of the Executive MBA Programs, achieving high ratings. The aforementioned pair of instructors is particularly valued for their skillful blend of theoretical knowledge with practice and their timely and engaging case studies. The aim of the classes is to provide modern managers with practical skills that can be immediately applied in their daily work. Participants emphasize the role of both gentlemen as ideal trainers, delivering concise and professional courses with an emphasis on practical aspects of marketing, presenting in a concise and practical manner the entire scope of marketing activities, its modern approach, and its impact on today’s realities. The growing number of final theses written under their supervision is proof of both trainers’ professionalism.

In addition to his work with GFKM, he has also been a guest lecturer at the Gdańsk University of Technology, the WSAiB, and the Pomeranian Advertising Studio. He enjoys sports (especially skiing), loves traveling, and spends his time actively. He closely observes the world around him, drawing daily knowledge and inspiration from the behavior of new generations of consumers, who are defining new needs and directions for marketing development.
