Andrzej Popadiuk is the President of Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM).
Being a former business practitioner and a graduate of MBA Program at Strathclyde University, he is a tutor on Executive MBA and other management programs at GFKM. As a business trainer and a certified international coach he supports executives and managers in developing leadership competencies, such as transformational leadership, team management, coaching, communication, motivation, negotiations, problem solving and decision making. He has worked with a wide range of companies and a vast number of managers in Poland and in other European countries within training programs, consulting projects and individual coaching sessions.
Some of the companies that he has worked for as a consultant, trainer and coach include ABB, Allianz, BMW GB, ComputerLand, Eaton Truck Components, Federal Mogul, Fiat Auto Poland, Flextronics, FM Logistic, Heineken, International Paper, Janssen-Cilag, Kimberly-Clark, Lloyd’s Register, Matsushita, Mediaedge:cia, Millennium Bank, Nestlé, Nordea Bank, Philips, PZU Lietuva, LOT Polish Airlines, Roche, SGS, Unilever, Wavin and Wrigley.
With his 25 years of experience in business development he actively promotes quality and ethical standards in management as well as in management education. He is a board member of Association for Management Development FORUM, EQUAL (European Quality Link), Accreditation Board of EPAS (European Program Quality Accreditation System). He chairs and is a member of PRT’s appraising business schools and management programs for EQUIS/EPAS accreditation.
