Currently, she works as HR director at Mondi Group in 13 companies in Poland.
She has over 20 years of experience working in corporations, in business and Human Resources. For many years she worked as HR director at International Paper Kwidzyn. She was responsible for the remuneration policy and talent management in the EMEA region. She also acted as a board member at International Paper. As HR director for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, she created and implemented personnel policy at Amcol International. At Flugger, she was responsible for the company’s operations and personnel policy. For many years she was a member of Supervisory Boards.
In her work, she combines people management with business management. She puts a strong emphasis on employee development and business knowledge. She has created numerous development programs. She has initiated and supported many organizational and restructuring changes aimed at supporting business strategy. She has implemented many innovative and modern solutions in the area of HR. In her work, she promotes and creates conditions that ensure partnership in business at many levels – the board, managerial staff, employees and trade unions.
In everyday work, she is fascinated by people, business and work in multicultural environments. She sees diversity as a huge potential to be exploited. In people, she sees infinite development opportunities. She creates and supports many programs and initiatives in various areas.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdansk and completed MBA studies at the University of Gdansk and the University of Antwerp.
She is a certified coach and a Mindfulness teacher.
She loves to spend time actively. She meets the world and people through traveling, riding a bike and reading books about various corners of the world.
