Beata Bednarczyk

Beata Bednarczyk specializes in training in the effectiveness of communication and self-management in time. Stephen Drotter’s Leadership Pipeline workshops also make a large part of her professional career.

As a leader, she has run long-term and large projects. As part of one of them, she had the opportunity to conduct training in communication and time management and to conduct individual coaching sessions. She has implemented a project for PGNIG Obrót SA, whose aim was to develop coaching and coaching skills for selected managerial staff. The final effect was extremely satisfying for both parties.

She is a master of marketing and management at the University of Gdansk. She is a certified facilitator and senior consultant of the Leadership Performance Institute and YAN System at Trans Cron Consulting Group Sp. z o.o. coach. Beata Bednarczyk is an accredited PCD coach of the Noble Manhattan school and is accredited by MBTI. She is also an accredited coaching tool The Points of You and Business Runes coach. She has completed post-graduate studies in Personnel and Training Management at Nottingham University and post-graduate management sociology studies for managers from at the Gdansk University of Technology.

For over 10 years he has been teaching at the Postgraduate Studies in Project Management at the Kozminski University at the Professional Management Skills Development Course and at the Postgraduate Management Studies at GFKM.
