Dianne Bevelander has a broad background in optimizing business performance based on all aspects of organizational and human capital development. She has held several successful strategic leadership and management positions and is currently responsible for a multi-million euro revenue portfolio.
As part of the leadership team she was instrumental in the turn-around of the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University from a relatively unknown business school to an internationally acclaimed business school currently ranked amongst the best in the world and amongst the top ten within Europe.
Her international experience spans the globe, with successful recruitment initiatives and strategic alliances in every continent – Asia (China, Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam), Africa (South Africa), Europe (France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Poland, Russia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom), North America (Canada, United States, Mexico), South America (Brazil, Costa), Middle-East (Dubai). Traveling extensively she is an advocate of diversity and inclusion, assisting companies and institutions to develop learning paradigms that maximize human capital performance.
Dianne teaches personal leadership development at the RSM and at various other institutions internationally. She is a member of the Executive Management Committee of the RSM that develops the strategy for the institution and the statutory (executive) director of the private company through which the School runs its privately funded MBA and executive education portfolio.
