Dorota Godlewska-Werner is a business trainer, a human resources management consultant.

She specializes in training in the areas of team building, leadership skills and communication. She also conducts training courses in the field of broadly understood human resources management, eg employee assessment and customer service.

She is the Deputy Director for Teaching and a research and teaching worker at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Gdansk. She acted as a trainer in consulting and training projects, min. “Woman and Man leaders of Pomeranian enterprises”, “Qualifications building competitiveness of Gdansk Business Club companies”, “Increase of employees’ competences as a priority of personnel policy of BUMAR Group” and “New technologies as a direction of employees and company development”. Her professional career also includes designing and coordinating the Assessment /Development Center sessions and running an individual counseling and career coaching sessions for employees ages 45+.

She is a doctor of humanities in the field of psychology with pedagogical qualifications. She has completed many different trainings, eg “Coach as a moderator of change and development in a business organization”, “EXTENDED DISC certification training”, “Coaching – an effective method of working with a client”, “Individual Action Plan” or “Workplace of a career counselor”.

Since 2012, she has been cooperating with GFKM as part of conducting classes on the MBA program in the field of Psychological Aspects of Management and Human Resources Management. She was the supervisor and reviewer of several diploma theses related to the area of human resources management.

She gained her professional experience working with companies from the production and trade, service and financial sectors, including:

Stora Enso, Grupa Bumar, PKP Intercity, Wielkopolska Spółka Gazownictwa, BAT, Generali.

People with whom she works often underline that they feel safe in their relationships with Dorota. The training participants especially appreciate her commitment and taking care of the structure of the classes.

She loves to travel – her passion is to visit new places physically, as well as through book pages, culinary travel and photography.

Dorota Godlewska-Werner is the author and co-author of numerous articles and chapters in the field of work and organization psychology. Including, inter alia, in the fields of: professional competence testing, professional development, occupational mobility, managerial stress, work-life balance.
