Justyna Piórko

HR practitioner with 20 years of experience in Polish and international organisations. She left corporations to create HRacademy and support HR professionals and managers in their development. She built HR structures in organisations and implemented HRBP functions (Camaieu, Swatch Group – also at group level). She works with students and provides training, mentoring and consulting to businesses. Gallup futurist, maximalist and strategist.

She is a trainer and lecturer at the Higher School of Administration and Business in Gdynia, WSB Merito and ADN Akademia. She provides business training, coaching sessions and mentoring.
