She is an experienced manager and trainer in the field of Human Resource Management with nearly 20 years of experience, including 16 years in managerial positions, not only in Poland but also in the Baltic and Nordic regions and Asian countries, working in a production environment, with a sales organization, in the energy sector and Oil & Gas.
In her career she also managed such areas as internal and external communication, real estate, environmental protection, work safety, legal area, risk and administration.
She has experience in implementing and developing all processes related to personnel management – starting from strategic resource planning, building HRM strategy, recruitment, implementation and development of employees, employee performance management, system building and revision of remuneration and employee benefits, talent management and building involvement in the organization. In her career, she implemented HR IT systems such as TETA, People Soft, Success Factor, SAP and QlikView.
She was responsible for managing the M&A processes, including conducting 16 Due Diligence processes from the perspective of human resources management and labor law. She has participated in two acquisitions of the group of companies, including responsibility for the integration process as well as the restructuring of the business. In her career she was also responsible for three greenfield projects – the construction and organization of new production plants and the launch of the HR Services Center in Poland.
She has over 10 years of experience in working with trade unions on wage negotiations, changing remuneration regulations and collective agreements, negotiations of social packages and agreements regarding employment restructuring in organizations with high unionization level of the staff.
She was educated at the University of Wroclaw, obtaining a master’s degree in law and a master’s degree in sociology. In addition, she completed post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Wroclaw. She holds the following certificates: ExtendeDiSC Certificate, Thomas PPA and Thomas TEIQ, and she has experience in conducting coaching processes and development of development solutions for the management, as well as DC and AC processes.
