Natasza Kosakowska is an expert in effective communication, motivation, team cooperation and conflict resolution. Specializes in negotiations and intercultural communication. She feels good in public presentations and group process management, career management and development planning. She also feels great in the areas of time management, coping with stress, managing diversity in the organization, and managing change.

She conducts civil and commercial mediation. As a coach, she has extensive experience in supporting management. She has carried out consulting and coaching sessions for managers, directors, project managers as well as specialists.

She is the head of PAR Migration Navigator international research consortium. She is an author and expert in consulting programs. She has been a coordinator of the: KiM Female and Male Leaders of Pomeranian Enterprises training project that was implemented by the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development, and awarded at ESF Good Practices competition.
She performs as a media expert for Gazeta Wyborcza, Radio Gdańsk, Dziennik Bałtycki and Newsweek. He lectures at Polish and foreign universities.

She is a doctor of psychology by education, a graduate of the TROP Trainers School, a mediator of the Polish Mediation Center (civil and economic mediation). Academic lecturer at the Department of Intercultural Psychology at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Gdamsk; mediator of Polish Mediation Center.

On the GFKM MBA program, she delivers diversity management classes.
