Tomasz Harackiewicz

Tomasz Harackiewicz specializes in the field of customer relationship management, professional sales, commercial negotiations, customer service, marketing. He is a member of the GFKM consulting team.

He has conducted workshops and lectures on the subject of professional sales, advanced negotiation techniques, customer service and marketing. He is a consultant and trainer in the field of marketing at Gdansk Foundation for Management Development. He has delivered over 2000 training days, led and participated in over 50 consulting projects related to building a marketing strategy.

He is in the process of doctoral studies in the field of innovation policy. A graduate of the Institute of Foreign Trade at the University of Gdansk. He had completed a series of supplementary training courses at foreign universities and schools, including BI Oslo, Strathclyde Unversity Glasgow, Ashridge Management College, James Cook University Townsville.

He has gained his professional experience by working, among others, for:
Jotul Polska, ProCam Polska, Gino Rossi S.A., PGNiG, PGE Obrót S.A., Grupa CIECH S.A., Lafarge Roofs, PKO BP.

He is a co-author of three books on marketing management as well as a “Marketing” e-learning course for undergraduate studies at Polish Virtual University. An author of three scientific articles on the subject of innovation.

His passion is classical and jazz music. In his spare time he plays tennis. In winter he does skiing and he plays volleyball in summer.
