Wojciech Szabunio

Wojciech specialises in contract law, company law, acquisitions and business transformations. Has also taught classes in labour law, e-commerce and personal data protection.

He is a co-founder of the law firm Szabunio, Ziarkowski and Partners Advocates and Legal Advisers. Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Grzechowiak, Jas, Szabunio Attorneys at Law in Gdańsk. He cooperated with the branch office of Ernst & Young. For more than 20 years, he has been running an individual Legal Advisor’s Office in Gdynia. He provides legal advice, prepares and gives opinions on contracts, supports clients in proceedings related to the formation, merger and transformation of companies. Cooperates with major companies, both Polish and international.

He graduated from law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, then he completed his judge apprenticeship completed with the judge examination. Having passed the exam, he was entered on the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk.

Since 1994, he has been working with the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development. He teaches the European Management Model as part of the Executive Master of Business Administration. Together with Rafał Ziarkowski, they are authors of a script for students on Fundamentals of Business Law.

He gained his professional experience working, among others, with:
