Mobbing, for many managers is an uncomfortable and difficult subject, it is a taboo. However, the development of soft competences is crucial for managers  to prevent occurrence of adverse behaviors, to intervene early, to notice conflicts occurring in teams. The meeting on mobbing was conducted by Grzegorz Ilnicki, a lawyer specializing in counteracting discrimination and mobbing.
