Soon, the least significant competencies of a manager will be empathy, intuition in decision-making processes, as well as honesty and openness in communication with employees. These are the conclusions drawn from research conducted by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM), which surveyed 320 managers and specialists.
