CEO and founder of Moore Polska Sp. z o. o., MBA graduate, certified auditor since 2001. For nearly 11 years he was associated with the French corporation Total, a leading global manufacturer of rubber and plastic automotive parts, as the company’s CFO, treasurer and Secretary of the Board of Hutchinson Poland. While working at Hutchinson, he carried out many change projects, including development of new organizational structures, implementation of IT systems, or running investments. He established a Shared Service Center, and subsequently managed the changes resulting from the organization’s growth from 100 million PLN in revenue per year, at 500 employees, to 1.4 billion PLN in revenue and close to 4 500 employees. Expert in finance, accounting and taxes, trainer and long-time associate of the Gdansk Foundation for Management Education, a leading business school in Poland. Secretary of the Regional Branch of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Gdansk, lecturer of mandatory training courses for statutory auditors. As a certified auditor, he conducted audits of many large and medium-sized companies and capital groups, inter alia, Pesa SA, Polnord S.A., Best S.A., Chemirol Sp. z o.o., Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A., Hydro Naval Spółka Jawna, Jantar Sp. z o.o.
